Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phchas. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false identities will be closed immediately, and all associated funds and winnings will be forfeited. You may not:

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your phchas account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your banking institution. Players may request withdrawals once their account has been fully verified and all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) have been satisfied. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

phchas Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phchas disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
phchas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall phchas's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of phchas Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phchas concerning your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions between the parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. phchas's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. phchas may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or consent.
